My name is April Marsh, and I have been a licensed Realtor since 2019, starting my career in sunny Stuart, Florida. In 2021, I relocated to beautiful East 

Tennessee with my husband, our four children, two dogs, and a cat, where I earned my Tennessee real estate license. Since 2023, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Mark, and in December 2025, I proudly joined his team at Real Broker.

My real estate business is centered on helping buyers—whether they’re first-time homebuyers or seasoned purchasers—navigate the process with confidence. I also specialize in assisting investors in finding the perfect rental cabins and homes to meet their goals. Additionally, my husband and I share a passion for flipping homes, transforming properties into beautiful spaces that new families can cherish.

Faith plays a central role in my life, keeping me grounded and guiding me to approach my work with honesty, integrity, and compassion. Outside of real estate, I love exploring the great outdoors of East Tennessee through running, hiking, and kayaking. I’m also an avid cook and foodie who enjoys creating and sharing meals with family and friends.
